Contact Forms

Contact forms are extremely useful and popular for websites. They help connecting customers with the website and are used for enquiries, support, bookings and much more. It is a good practice to regularly check your contact forms for the following:

  1. The forms email address(es) - Check the form as to which email address(es) will recieve the information when the form is submitted. Sometimes companies change email addresses but forget to update the contact forms on the website.
  2. Form fields - Check that the form fields are correct and that if required, display the correct error messages.
  3. Form submission - Check that the form submits without issues and that the email address(es) actually recieve the information and that the correct success message is displayed for the user on the website to know that their submittion has been actioned.
